Our Founder Milliard Severson Started our Agency in 1925 only a few doors down from our current location right here on Maple Ave.  Milliard and his wife Fannie only had one child, a daughter Frances who would eventually marry my grandfather David F. Cowan, the boy who was born just three doors down from Frances on Maple Ave.
